Orange Icon 01 Gender Mainstreaming - Check list for policy indicators

Gender mainstreaming is a guiding principle of the European Peer Review procedure. The Gender Mainstreaming Checklist supports the conduct of a gender analysis of the VET institution - the rights, resources, participation, values and norms related to gender - on the basis of sex-disaggregated quantitative data and qualitative assessments.

Orange Icon 02 Initial Information Sheet

The Peer Review Initial Information Sheet serves as internal documentation and as external information for the coordinating body, the Peers and other VET providers in the network. It includes all relevant data regarding the Peer Review procedure (e.g. contact information, starting situation, aims and purpose, organisation, responsibilities, time schedule, etc.). This information will be updated in the Self-report and the Peer Review Report.

The Self-Report is the central document of the Peer Review procedure: it should contain all information necessary to prepare the Peer Review. The first part of the report is an update of the Initial Information Sheet, which contains all relevant data on the Peer Review procedure. The second part comprises a description of the VET provider and the study programmes offered, the mission statement, statistical data and information on organisational issues. The third part contains the results of the self-evaluation of the Quality Areas chosen.

Orange Icon 06 Model Peer Visit Agenda

With the Peer Visit Agenda a detailed and realistic agenda for the Peer Visit is drawn up. It includes a detailed time schedule for the collection and analysis of data by the Peers. It also reflects the kind of evaluation methods that will be used and what stakeholder groups will be involved in the Peer Visit.
Additionally, models for organisation charts for the Peer Visit are presented which can be used for planning the Peer Visit. These organisation charts can either be integrated into the Peer Visit Agenda or attached to it.

Orange Icon 12 Quality Areas

The 14 European Quality Areas are specified by means of criteria, examples of indicators and sources of evidence: Each Quality Area is defined by a set of criteria. Additionally, the criteria are further specified by indicators which serve to exemplify the criteria. The sources of evidence indicate examples and suggestions as to where and how the specific requirements for the indicators can be allocated and documented.
